We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at support@sdluggage.com. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
