Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
You have two options:
By mail — Email us at support@sdluggage.com. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
In store — Bring the item, original packaging, and your receipt to our San Diego shop:

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it's damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't seen the refund, email support@sdluggage.com.
