Do you repair luggage?

We're a luggage retailer, not a repair shop, but we'll help you route it. Our repair help page walks through brand warranty options and what we can handle in person — basic TSA combo-lock help and old-bag recycling for 10% off.

Which brands do you carry?

Online we carry Briggs & Riley, Cotopaxi, Delsey, Eagle Creek, Osprey, Ricardo Beverly Hills, Thule, and Victorinox — all authorized dealer relationships. Brands we don't carry: Travelpro, Away, Monos, Tumi, and Rimowa. The showroom carries some additional brands not listed online — call or text us at (858) 666-8066 if you're after a specific brand and we'll tell you straight if it's on the floor.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — we ship anywhere in the U.S. Orders over $99 ship free; under that is a flat rate at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order's on its way.

Can I pick up an order at your showroom?

Yes — our In Stock in San Diego collection lists everything stocked at the showroom right now. Pickup is usually ready in about an hour during store hours, or you can grab it on the same trip as a walk-in. Items in that collection also qualify for free local delivery on orders over $99 within 30 miles.

Other items on the website aren't currently stocked locally — they ship to you instead. The showroom also carries plenty more on the floor than what we list online, so if you're in San Diego, it's worth stopping in to see the full selection.

Do you deliver locally in San Diego?

Yes — free local delivery on orders over $99 within 30 miles of our Mission Valley showroom (a $15 fee applies under $99), 7 days a week. We text or call to schedule the drop-off — typically that evening (after 6pm) on orders placed before 5pm. More about local delivery →

What's your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Bring your receipt (or the card you paid with) to the showroom, or for online orders text us or email support@sdluggage.com and we'll walk you through it. Full refund policy →

Are you open on holidays?

We close on a handful of major holidays — typically Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas Eve / Christmas Day. Hours can vary around other holidays too. If you're planning a visit on or near a holiday, call or text us at (858) 666-8066 first to confirm.

How do I find the showroom?

We're at 10509 San Diego Mission Rd, Ste K. Heads up — that's San Diego Mission Road, not Mission Road. If you only type "Mission Road" into Google or Apple Maps, you'll often get sent to a different street entirely.
