Free local delivery in San Diego on items stocked at our showroom — orders over $99, every day of the week. We text or call to schedule the drop-off, typically that evening (after 6pm) on orders placed before 5pm.
How it works
1. Order online
Pick a bag from what's stocked at the showroom and check out. Local delivery shows up automatically at checkout if your address is within 30 miles of our Mission Valley showroom.
2. We text to schedule
Once your order's in, we'll reach out by text or phone to find a delivery window that works for you. No 8-hour shipping windows — a real person, a real time.
3. Delivered that evening
For orders before 5pm, we typically drop off the same day after 6pm. We deliver 7 days a week and come from the Mission Valley store ourselves — no third-party courier, no leaving boxes on porches.

When will I get my order?
For orders placed before 5pm, we typically deliver the same day after 6pm. Orders placed after 5pm usually go out the next evening. We'll always text or call to confirm a window that works for you.
Do you deliver every day?
Yes — we deliver 7 days a week, including Sundays. Even though our showroom is closed Tuesdays, deliveries still go out that day.
How do I know if I'm in the delivery area?
We deliver within 30 miles of our Mission Valley showroom (10509 San Diego Mission Rd). Add your address at checkout — if local delivery is available, it will show up as a shipping option. If you don't see it, you're likely outside the radius and we'll ship instead.
Do you deliver to hotels?
Yes — we deliver to hotel front desks across San Diego, including Hotel del Coronado, Loews Coronado Bay, the Manchester Grand Hyatt, Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, Hilton San Diego Bayfront, the Pendry, the Westin Gaslamp, La Valencia, the Lodge at Torrey Pines, Catamaran Resort, and most major Mission Valley, Mission Bay, La Jolla, Coronado, and downtown hotels. Add your hotel name and check-in date at checkout — we'll text you and the front desk to coordinate.
Can you deliver during Comic-Con or other conventions?
Absolutely. We deliver throughout convention week to the San Diego Convention Center area and the surrounding hotels (Marriott Marquis, Manchester Grand Hyatt, Hilton Bayfront, Omni, Pendry — all walking distance). If the airline lost your bag or your suitcase broke on the way in, order before 5pm and most days we can have a replacement at your hotel that evening. Works for Comic-Con, ASCO, ESRI UC, Bio International, AHA Scientific Sessions, and any of the other big trades. Town & Country Convention Center and Del Mar Fairgrounds events too.
How much does it cost?
Free on orders over $99. A $15 delivery fee applies to smaller orders. For most luggage, you're well over the free threshold.
What if I'm not home?
That's why we text. We'll work out a window where you can be there to receive it, or arrange a safe drop-off spot at your place. We don't leave luggage on porches without confirming first.
What about returns?
Same 30-day return policy as our shipped orders — see our refund policy for details. For local returns, you can drop the item back at our showroom during store hours, or message us to coordinate a pickup.
