Shipping
We ship across the United States from our San Diego store. Most orders go out the same or next business day.
Free standard shipping over $99
Orders of $99 or more ship free via standard ground service. Orders under $99 ship at a calculated rate based on weight and destination — you'll see the cost at checkout.
Order processing
Orders placed before 1pm PT typically ship the same business day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking email as soon as the package leaves our shop.
Transit time
Standard shipping transit is 2–7 business days depending on your location:
- West Coast: usually 2–4 business days
- Mountain and Central US: usually 3–5 business days
- East Coast: usually 4–7 business days
Transit time is in addition to the 1-business-day handling window above.
Local pickup in San Diego
Eligible items can be picked up free at our San Diego shop, usually ready within an hour. Choose "Pick up" at checkout.

Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged or hasn't shown up after the expected transit window, email support@sdluggage.com and we'll work with the carrier to track it down or send a replacement.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states plus APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We don't ship internationally at this time.
